| Helicobacter pylori infection remains clinically relevant in primary care, particularly in light of the continued influx of immigrants to the U.S. To update primary care physicians on recent changes in the epidemiology and diagnosis of H. pylori infection, the Cleveland Clinic Journal of Medicine convened a roundtable discussion in January, 2005 among a panel of physicians representing gastroenterology, primary care, and managed care perspectives. |
